At Street Couture Store, we take pride in crafting unique, made-to-order street style suits that are tailored to each customer's specific preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict no refund and no return policy. However, we do offer an exchange option under certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange

Defective Products: If the suit you receive has a defect in materials or workmanship, you can request an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
Time Frame: You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Original Condition: The suit must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process an exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Approval: Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the suit to us.
Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the suit back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Processing: After we receive and inspect the suit, we will begin the process of crafting your new suit. Please note that exchanges will take the same amount of time as the original order.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom Measurements: Suits that match the custom measurements provided by the customer but are found to be unsatisfactory due to fit preferences cannot be exchanged.
Design Choices: Suits customized according to the customer’s design choices (color, fabric, style) but are not as per the customer's changed preference cannot be exchanged.
Important Notes
No Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
No Returns: We do not accept returns of any customized suits.
Accuracy of Information: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all customization details (measurements, fabric choices, design preferences) are accurate before placing an order.
